Chisholm Creek Development is led by the father and son team of David and Drew Ritchie. David has been in the building industry since 1971 and building homes in Enid since 1994. Drew was a Realtor in Northern Colorado until he joined his dad in the family business in 2004. With David and Drew's combined years of experience and knowledge, plus the exceptionally talented team they have assembled, Chisholm Creek Development is poised to actively listen to you every step of the way, inform you about the latest building technology and home features options, and work with you throughout the process to make your new dream home a reality.

As a devoted husband, father and grandfather, David has a strong sense of community and what truly makes a house a home. Experienced in both commercial construction and home building, David has been a leader locally and nationally because he knows the issues he champions as a builder matter to his family and yours. His Chisholm Creek Development was an original participant in the EPA Energy Star building program. In 1999 Chisholm Creek Development began offering energy-saving Geothermal heating as an option to homeowners. And since 2000, Chisholm Creek Development has continued to receive national recognition from the National Association of Home Builders for its energy efficient home construction. Because David so strongly believes it's a cause that's right and just.
David's son, Drew, is co-owner of Enid Realty Group, Chisholm Creek Development. Drew has an acute skill in finding out what you are looking for in a Realtor and in a home.
